New Perspectives in Learning is located in Montclair, New Jersey, approximately 12 miles west of New York City. It is easily accessible from Routes 3 and 46, Interstate Routes 80 and 280, or the Garden State Parkway.

Public transportation, including direct train and bus lines to and from Manhattan and Newark, are within walking distance from us.

The Montclair Art Museum has a permanent collection of artwork that spans the history of American painting from mid-eighteenth century to the present. It also highlights local artists, and hosts a variety of interesting temporary exhibitions. www.montclairartmuseum.org

The Yogi Berra Museum located on the campus of Montclair State University (about 3 miles from New Perspectives in Learning) would interest any fan of our nation's favorite pastime. www.yogiberramuseum.org

Eagle Rock Reservation is 408 acres of lovely hills, streams, and valleys located on the border between Montclair and neighboring, West Orange, NJ. Though located in the middle of suburbia, the reservation is mostly undeveloped with an extensive hiking trail system and a rustic beauty. An outlook at the reservation also provides an unrivaled view of the New York City skyline and a 9/11 Memorial.
